FORD 'PINTO'

When the 2.0 litre pinto engine first appeared in the RS 2000 Escort many of our customers chose it to compete with. We first started building this engine as a group 1 rally engine and then later developing more powerful units with side draft Weber carbs, dry sump systems and in turn all steel engines for racing. Since then we have continued to build the engines for formula ford, short oval racing and even long stroke 2.4 litre versions, still building this engine to date.
